Yes, it does kind of work if you think of Return Of The Jedi as the first of an Ewok trilogy. Harry Potter: minor role but present in all three and of course there have been five Leprauchaun movies now.

Expanded version being a completely different question. He hasn’t even been in all three of any of the trilogies he’s been in.
Narnia is TV does not count (like being in three episodes of Dr Who ferchrissake).
