Incidentally – a pitiful plea here – if you’re among the people who’ve been boosting FT readership by 50% over the last week, please do keep visiting. I’d love to think the boost is because the site’s been really good – and it has been in fine, productive shape over the last few days – but the surge beginning on the day the boards went down suggests this isn’t the whole story! Not that I’m obsessed with hits or anything (ahem), but it is nice to think people are reading.
