Horror

This will need expanding at a later date, as I have seen very little Japanese horror comic work so far, but I wanted to note that it's a very significant genre, the king of which is Kazuo Umezu. I offer a sample of his only as a link because it is very gory and unpleasant, so take warning (though it is smallish).

I've also added a page on a great horror comic by Junji Ito to the comics & creators section.

backwards: Samurai

forwards: Salaryman
