Month 8

Month Eight

a worn and chipped ink cake representing some buildings, the capital of the moon. It looks shinier here than it should. It's an unmistakeable reference to Haritsu, who pioneered this particular mimicry. The middle of this month was a traditional special time for viewing the moon.

backwards: month seven

forwards: month nine
