Night Time Milk
Night Time Milk: maybe this should be on PROVEN BY SCIENCE as it is the subject of an experiment! My colleague has just bought me a carton of Night Time Milk which will help me sleep easily. Apparently. I don’t know whether or not it will work but I intend to try – tonight! To be honest I sleep like a log anyway so my melatonin levels are clearly pretty high anyway but I love the fact that the science behind this product is seemingly based on milking cows at night. Either this is totally preposterous or the best science ever – stay tuned for which. Meanwhile I can report that the carton is a lovely shade of deep blue and is very attractive, I almost can’t wait to drink the nummy yet soporific contents.

Tesco’s did stock it not anymore.Sainsbury’s are suppose to stock it but i have asked many times – and they dont.

I can never get to sleep which is trouble when i have school the next day. So i tried the night time milk i brought from sainsburys and it worked as soon as i drank it i was sleepy but my parents wouldnt let me get anymore because they were afraid that there might be medication in it. After months of sleepless nights im am looking for this kind of milk but its all gone. Sainsburys used to do it but the dont nomore thats a downer.
Can you please tell me were I can purchase bedtime milk?

its because the cows are milked in the evening when there brain starts to produce it just like us im trying to get some for my son who has asd and for my 2 and 3 year old who want to play wen its bed time aaaahhhhh
