		<description>If it wasn&#039;t you on Chimay Day, I definately remember you from other wanders in there. There was one time when I brought a bottle and asked someone to uncork it too, defying one of the cast iron rules of OFF-Licences, because my friends were a bit late and I fancied a glass (plastic cup) whilst waiting on their doorstep.

Nice to read a pleasant reminsicence of the old Grog Blossom.
West Hampstead was the best place I ever lived during my fifteen years in London, and the Grog Blossom was not the worst place I worked. I started there as a &#039;casual&#039; (ie, paid strictly by the hour and under the table) in &#039;91 and worked there on and off for the next nine years or so.
Might even have nee me that directed you at the Chimay... Tall bloke, New Zealand accent, probably had a ponytail.
Whatever, glad you had a good time on the Chimay, top beer that.
