This morning: sign spotted in local greasy:

KNIVES AND FORKS ARE NOT TONICS! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THEM AFTER YOUR MEAL!

Also – cup of tea in being 35 English Pence shocker! I have got too used to standing in Starbucks getting confused after ordering tea and get a strange ‘chai’ effort, end up taking one sip and then leaving it to go cold. A decent cafe cup of tea in the morning = a tonic indeed.

    Sign spotted in the window of a hairdresser near me:

    “EXPERIENCE STYLIST REQUIRED”

    I want to be an experience stylist, though I’m not sure what the job description would be.
