I am not aware of any other showers in pubs – and I have to admit the temptation would get too much on a hot day in July for a wee sprinkle on the head (that does not read very well. It reads like it could take place in any pub toilet). However I am aware of a shower in a restaurant toilet. The Pun Kum Thai down Windmill Street.
