The Spice Girls (whose official site is frankly shoddy) have unilaterally declared the 1st July Girl Power Day. But why? I hear you ask. What momentous occasion does that day mark? Well. The 1st July marks the fourth anniversary of the release of “Wannabe”. The fourth anniversary. Good grief.
