You didn't mention that Does The Fish Have Chips is essentially Song2 plus Firestarter plus Mark E Smith (equals awesome!)

I'm assuming that 'does the fish have chips?' is a common phrase that small German children learn in school English lessons. Also 'how do I get off the bus?' The English Scooter would surely have a song going 'ou est le bibliotheque? Je voudrais une pamplemousse' over a boshing version of, I dunno, Mr Vain.

Out of entropy and discarded fried chicken boxes comes inspiration. Best edition yet; keep at it with the free-form nonsense that flies off at all tangents, because by Dawkins it's a damned sight more fun to listen to than the Richard Bacons and Nicky Campbells of this world, none of whom talk about "protein" (as opposed to Dotun Adebayo, who talks about it rather too much).

I have eaten the sticky ribs in the Camberwell outlet of Morley's Fried Chicken and am still here to tell the tale. Incidentally up here in the part of the barbarian frozen north in which I live, two pieces of chicken and chips cost £1.50 and you get a free can of coke. Which is even more "right" than your £1.99.

since i am mentioning my sister on all threads currently, i should point out that she did a PHOTOGRAPHY PROJECT on this exact topic many years ago -- she may even have had a show about it!

i shall ask her the red-top vs blue-top question

I agree. Much of this chicken science has been percolating for a while, but some of the following questions must be answered:

1) Can you build a whole United States out of Chicken Shops
2) graphs of quality vs existence / happiness of chicken on sign
(Including the infamous cottaging chickens)
3) Red / blue / other colours on chicken signs
4) Deviations from the £1.99 2pc + chips

And someone needs to take Kat to a proper indie chicken shop. HOT SAUCE?????

The chicken shops discussion was surely the pinnacle of Lollards thus far. The topic clearly needs some more rigorous science applied to it - a follow up post is I assume imminent - but first class nonsense all the same. Well done all concerned.
