Iv listened to hip hop for over 20 years and been heavily involved in the "scene" for nearly 30 and Ill tell you, in this time where hip hop is at its lowest(even vandals are selling out, its all about the $$$ not the love). it seems to me almost to be a miracle that these guys ever came out of the wood. They break the modern cliche gangster mc stereotype in half(not hating on gangster rap). Theyr lyrics are insperational and intelligant. I disagree with some of their opinions but overall iv never felt so enlightend by any other mc/mc's. Every element is there,and in copious ammounts! Flow/freestyle/production/wit/punchlines/metaphors/storytelling. I would liken them to a modern day das efx (that would be doing them littel justice), because of their deep throat jamaican/english delivery wich is very uncommon. Youv hated on them but failed, the only evidence youv put down is a cheap shot at their names, just shows how little ammunition or thought you have to hate on them. If they dont make your head bop with solid production or your jaw drop with outragous metaphours. Atleast listen to what they are preaching through their music before you hate, Increadibly rare and positive messages.
