NOT MY THEORY

NOT MY THEORY

Thinkin’pon Eastwood the brain quickly jumps to Woody Allen. Seventies, actor/star cum director/star. How often does Woody die in his films?

Well Love & Death (obv). But again like Eastwood, in the later films death is not an option for the aging Woody. You could argue that since Woody is generally in the business of making comedies then death seems less likely, but if you consider the black comedy of L&D and Bananas this is not very convincing. Surely for a writer/director whose work is so based on neurotic navel gazing, death would seem to be an obvious subject.

So, you do my research please. Other actors who DON’T EVER DIE IN FILMS.
