I've just sampled the Southwold ‘M&S’ Winter IPA (6.7%) that was deferred above - it's definitely from Suffolk, having that limestoney-peachy tang that Adnams and London Pride have. It's not very hoppy at all, more like a bitter. Except it's quite strong and GRBNNDGHURFFAFFHHGHEEEEEE.

What was the one that tasted like Slimline Tonic. It was a terrific day, and one which my tongue has only just recovered from (1000 bitterness units, even if it doesn't taste it, can really shrivel the tongue).
