		<description>sorry Al, our hosts have decided to block our ability to do easy video embeds. which is damn annoying as it&#039;s now a core part of WP. this means adding a plugin, which is what i was trying to avoid!

will see if they will relent on this. it&#039;s a change they have added literally over night, as it was working about midnight last night :-(

meanwhile for THIS article I have just pasted in the full embed code, but on other articles you&#039;ll just see raw URLs for a while yet until i can get this resolved</description>
