Aha! And some blue cheeses taste rly quite baconish, and one tasted like smoked mackerel, which was a bit bonkers (yet strangely nommy). What cheeses taste like CHICKEN, though? I have not found one of those yet. (Also I can only slightly remember what chicken tastes like. It has never been top priority beast.)

Of course I posted this just before lunchtime, and it gave me cheese-hunger and I had to go out and have a cheesy lunch.
