That said, I had to call the pancakes crepes last night as I was cooking for Americans and they would have been upset and confused. As it was they loved 'em. My puddingy filling were: Strawberry jam and whipped cream Lemon and sugah (classiXor) Lemon, ginger, sultana's, RUM and sugar (Hot Toddy variety) Maple syrup. I highly recommend apple sauce too.
