The honest truth is that even at the time of the interview I didn't like the big White Town hit much (something I've since realised I was totally wrong about) though I kept that quiet. My introduction to online discussion groups was alt.music.alternative in the mid-90s.</description>

		<description>Just curious, were you ever on Jyoti's White Town listserv? That was one of my earliest forays into internet discussion groups, back when I was still in high school. I remember one time he even patiently explained how to play "A Week Next June" on the guitar, comparing the chords to the Jose Feliciano version of "Light My Fire." And being on the listserv gave a bit of a taste of the breadth and depth of Jyoti's thought on pop.</description>
