		<description>I think this has dated very badly.  Trying too hard to be mental and clockwork and robot is not the same as actually being mental and clockwork and robot.

"Mickey" by Toni Basil is the real influence on this whole strand of almost-pop, though.</description>

		<description>I can see now that it's influential, but I just don't think it's any good. It's bizarrely possible that it's the word 'Ho' in the chorus that I object to. And the 'Harajuku Girls'. And the general terrible lyrics spilled all over the meter.</description>
