		<description>Some Triggerists may remember a team trip to one of Brittany&#039;s many Cider Museums a few years back. One of the (endearingly homemade) sections of the (endearingly homemade) museum involved a history of the apple. The bits I remember are two: a colouring book picture of William Tell shooting an apple from the head fo someone or other, and two felt-tipped photocopies of records on the Apple label. They took care to use both sides.
