I had another one this lunchtime - just as delicious. I think on second tasting they could just do a blue cheese, onion relish and leafy bit sandwich which would be just as nice - the steak is more of a passanger than I originally thought. Nor does the sweet onion relish, these things always seem to taste like jam to me. Mind you I had a BLT for lunch so I am obviously a sammich purist (not rockist).
