Tasty Sammich Alert!
Marks And Spencers new Steak and Blacksticks Blue sandwich - very rich, very flavoursome (and a lovely combination of tangy cheese, sweet onion relish and steak which manages to hold its own against both). Also very expensive - though it will fill you up. M&S’ may have bad ads but their limited edition sammich program has been a treat lately.

The thought of a cold steak sandwich does not fill my tastebuds with glee. Nor does the sweet onion relish, these things always seem to taste like jam to me. Mind you I had a BLT for lunch so I am obviously a sammich purist (not rockist).

Steak Jam and Cheese - what could go wrong!
I had another one this lunchtime - just as delicious. I think on second tasting they could just do a blue cheese, onion relish and leafy bit sandwich which would be just as nice - the steak is more of a passanger than I originally thought.
