I have one of those amazingly green wedge-bodied spindle-legged crickets living in my bedroom! The cat keeps failing to catch it. I think after googling about the place I decided it was a tree cricket.

I’ve seen lots of these around the house this summer. I accidentally hoovered one up yesterday, I thought it might be quicker on it’s feet.

i’ve had a handful of well-weird insects in my London flat this summer: green as a grasshopper, but with wings like a moth’s. I concluded they might actually be some strain of beetle!
