The Power Trio

The Power Trio: The “metal triumvirate” of Chuck Eddy, Martin Popoff, and Deena Wozniak chat about Ozzfest. Most interesting comment - Wozniak’s suggestion that the visual barrage and musical high-speed change-heavy jerkiness of nu-metal is aimed at ‘attention-deficit culture’: “for the younger kids who can process things faster”. That might explain why said younger kids aren’t particularly interested in the carpings of elders telling them it’s all been done before. Yeah, but last time it was done slower.
